President Of Russia

The President Of the Russian Federation is the elected head of state of the Russian Federation, as well as holder of the highest office in Russia and commander-in-chief of the Russian Armed Forces.

The power includes execution of federal law, alongside the responsibility of appointing federal ministers, diplomatic, regulatory and judicial officers, and concluding treaties with foreign powers with the advice and consent of the State Duma and the Federation Council. However under Viktor Riosovsky the office of the President has gained much more power under emergency laws put in place after the assassination of Anya Riosovska.

Officially the President is in office for six years which can be renewed once, yet under the same emergency laws the term limitations ave been rendered null and void.
